Danial Lee Harrison Obituary, Bedford Death: Beloved Resident Has Died

Danial Lee Harrison Busch, 16 months old, of Bedford, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at Riley Hospital for Children.

Born on November 5, 2024, in Indianapolis, Danial was the beloved son of Skyler Trey Matthew Jenkins and Marilyn Mercedes Josephine Lynn Busch. Though his life was brief, Danial’s spirit shone brightly, bringing joy, laughter, and warmth to all who knew him.

Danial was a fighter from the start, overcoming challenges with courage and determination. He shared the spirited nature of both his parents and loved to engage in his own little debates, always expressing his curious and lively personality. His happy, radiant smile could light up a room, and his presence brought family and friends closer together.

He is survived by his loving parents, Marilyn Busch of Bedford and Skyler Jenkins of Mitchell; paternal grandparents, Sarah Kern of Mitchell and Cary (Staci) Jenkins of Orleans; maternal grandparents, Jill and Marc Busch of Bedford; aunts and uncle, Ty (Amanda) York of Bedford and Angel Haley of Bedford; as well as several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center, with Pastor Jason Lindsey officiating. Burial will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from noon until the service on Friday at the funeral home.

Though his time with us was far too short, Danial Lee Harrison touched the hearts of everyone around him. His smile, joy, and love will be remembered always, and his memory will remain a cherished part of his family’s lives.
